Front office staff is kind and always friendly. The nurses are very knowledgeable and considerate...willing and ready to help. The facility is always clean. My dear friend is very well taken care of. Thanks to everyone there.

From the front reception to the nursing and Physical Therapy team Absolutely Fantastic and I can not say just how wonderful and helpful everyone in Administration offices have been! This has been a new experience for me personally dealing with caring for an aging Mom and I am so glad J choose Carolina Rehab! Thank You All!

This is the third rehab my mom has been in this year. Everyone said make sure she goes here and there. The first 2 places were very nice in appearance but not so in taking care of my mom. Carolina Rehab has been the best. Anytime I have ask a question of anyone I get an immediate response. Anytime I have ask for something for my mom immediate response. I highly recommend Carolina Rehab Center Of Cumberland to anyone concerned about your loved one being taken care of. Thank you so much!!!

The staff is amazing. Someone has always greeted me at the doors ready to point me in the right direction. The building is kept very neat & clean. Residents always seem so happy & I am always seeing such cool activities going on when I visit!

My grandfather had a great experience at CRCC. Therapy help him fulfill his goals to gait and balance back with a walker. The nursing staff was great helped him with his pain. Environmental service keep his room cleaned. And Discharging Team made his exit smooth. They are alright with me!! Thank you!

This facility has excellent qualities about it from staffing and structure. It’s always clean. From greetings at the front desk jump starts your experience and Therapy for the short term stay to your existing with discharge planning team is AWESOME!!! And everyone is always smiling!

The young girl at front desk was really polite and helpful. She explained the registration, and visitation process in detail. She and the nurses made my mother in law and my family welcomed. We rest assured that she is in good hands, and going to make this process easier. Highly recommend the Carolina Rehab Center.

I've visited my friend for a year as of Aug 15th 2023, and your customer service is awesome. Most of the staff know my face if not my name, so when they see me I'm asked, did you find her or are you looking for her. Today 12th May 2023 the center invited families to attend a Mother's Day breakfast with our family member. When we got into the breakfast area, the room was decorated so beautifully in pink and white. As soon as we were seated, we were served a scrumptious breakfast. Each client was given a beautiful carnation of various colors. Family members chatted and took pictures and some staff walked around taking some as well. There was a Happy Mother's Day banner that several people stood near and took selfies. Everything was so well orchestrated. My family friend was so intrigued with the tiny fruit fork that she held on to it. Thank you for all you do for "our families" today and always. Blessings to you all Amen!!!

The center boasts state-of-the-art equipment, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and inviting communal areas. The environment is clean, serene, and conducive to healing and recovery. One aspect that sets apart is their comprehensive and holistic approach to rehabilitation. They understand that recovery goes beyond physical healing and takes into account mental, emotional, and social well-being. The dedicated staff, and outstanding facilities, comprehensive approach, and sense of community make it an exceptional rehabilitation center.

Carolina Rehab is a great facility with an awesome nursing & therapy staff! My mother-in-law was a resident here after a bad car accident and they were able to get her up and walking again. She enjoyed the variety of activities offered each day and we are grateful for all of the staff that helped her get back on her feet!
